  • •Own women’s footwear category product briefs and drive functional, distinct solutions aligned to brand strategy
  • •Partner with design and development to support design/prototype reviews and achieve target margins at product and category levels
  • •Prepare milestone meeting materials with the product management team and deliver accurate presentations to stakeholders
  • •Work cross-functionally with merchandising, sales, marketing, and planning to facilitate on-time, on-target product launches
  • •Proof and support product line needs for sales tools (catalogs, components, hang tags, P.O.P., packaging, and labels/logo information) and retailer/internal prep

Key Requirements

  • •BS or master’s degree (or applicable equivalent) in Business, Product Management, Product Development, or related field with 8 years of hands-on experience
  • •8+ years of experience in the apparel, outdoor, or fashion industry
  • •Excellent presentation and people management skills with the ability to manage a team in a high-workflow, high-pressure environment
  • •Strong knowledge of global GTM processes and QT manufacturing/operations capabilities
