Accounts Receivable Specialist

Manage accounts receivable activities to maximize cash collections and ensure timely billing. Monitor late-payment activity, assist with invoicing and cash application, and resolve billing and collection disputes. Support credit and returns processes, review delinquent accounts with upper management, and provide collection forecast reporting to finance. Maintain professional relationships with customers while proactively identifying risks and supporting write-offs and legal claims when needed.
