Senior Conversational Designer

Design end-to-end conversational experiences for AI assistants and agentic workflows across Autodesk’s go-to-market surfaces, including Digital Support, Commerce, and Customer Success. You’ll craft natural-language interactions, conversation flows, prompts, and escalation patterns, then define scalable conversation design frameworks, voice/tone guidance, and reusable interaction models. Working with UX, Product, Developers, Research, Data Science, and ML teams, you’ll prototype, test, and iterate using research and experimentation to improve trust, task success, and customer satisfaction.
