Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and deliver end-to-end Total Rewards solutions for multiple countries in the EMEAI region.
  • •Manage regional benefits operations and programs, including benefits portals, benchmarking, and insurance/wellbeing initiatives.
  • •Manage regional compensation operations and programs, including remuneration surveys, market benchmarking, and pay-planning cycles.
  • •Engage with third-party providers to establish, develop, and review the Total Rewards service suite.
  • •Address escalated HR inquiries and maintain/improve Total Rewards knowledge base and case management content.

Key Requirements

  • •6 years of HR experience, including at least 3+ years in total rewards.

  • •Fluency in English.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working independently and collaboratively.
