Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with plant and operations leaders to deliver strategic HR programs aligned with business needs across the employment lifecycle
  • •Oversee employee and labor relations, including terminations, performance management, complaints, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews
  • •Support union contract negotiations and interpretations, grievances, and arbitration with guidance from Labor Relations leadership
  • •Manage recruiting, onboarding, performance management education, and coordinate required HR training with Learning & Development
  • •Analyze workforce metrics and people analytics (turnover, engagement, attrition) and recommend action plans to leadership

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years/bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • •Strong knowledge of employment and labor law, with union environment experience preferred
  • •Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with UKG or similar HCM platforms preferred
