Global Sourcing Manager, Mechanical (Manufacturing)

Own sourcing for mechanical categories that feed manufacturing, including steel, fabrications, cooling components, and mechanical assemblies. Secure supply and lead times aligned to the build plan with capacity commitments that hold through demand spikes. Qualify and dual-source suppliers with engineering support (first articles, PPAP-style approvals, audits) and negotiate multi-year agreements that protect price, priority, and volume growth. Manage suppliers using performance data (on-time delivery, PPM, lead-time).
