Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare all cost aspects of civil and building works from inception to final account, ensuring expenditure control and revenue maximization.
  • •Administer subcontractors and company procedures, coordinate progress details with site and technical teams, and manage client site instructions and variation orders.
  • •Ensure timely submission of payment applications, including cash flow and monthly budget preparation with regular monitoring.
  • •Produce and submit monthly cost value reconciliations, cost-to-complete reports, and profitability projections within one week of valuation submission.
  • •Coordinate tender/package preparation and ensure changes to scope are supported by signed variation orders with secured payment/deductions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant quantity surveying experience.
  • •Experience using computer-based quantification and systems such as CCS (Candy).
  • •Knowledge of AutoCAD for quantity takeoff and preparation of Bills of Quantities using standard method of measurement.
  • •Familiarity with measurement principles and standards (e.g., International 1979, NRM2, CESSMMIII, QSSM, QCS, FIDIC).
  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering, plus a professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
