Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip, forecasting and updating key milestones.
  • •Ensure effective project governance, processes, and systems are used; apply best practice across projects.
  • •Monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously, overseeing design standards and managing local design teams.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reports; manage supplier and project information interfaces, including RFIs, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.
