Lead Software Engineer

Develop advanced algorithms and nonlinear finite element analysis capabilities for MSC Nastran/MARC, including solution development, optimization, validation, and performance benchmarking. Build and maintain engineering software products, implement and test linear/nonlinear solution capabilities, and create automated regression testing tools. Prepare technical documentation for new features and improvements, investigate defects and performance issues, and collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams. Provide technical guidance and participate in architecture reviews.
