Supervise daily operations in a Carvana inspection center’s reconditioning environment, overseeing leads and up to 70 front-line associates. Drive continuous improvement and high engagement while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives. Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management; ensure adherence to operating standards, safety, and loss prevention. Support production capacity planning and lead problem-solving to achieve company metrics.
