Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and mature the department’s regulatory engagement and executive reporting programs, including operationalizing processes and leveraging AI to improve productivity.
  • •Drive audit, regulatory, and executive reporting engagements end to end by creating and maintaining engagement and reporting artifacts.
  • •Tailor verbal and written communications to different audiences, presenting program strategy, processes, failure modes, and measurements in engagements and reports.
  • •Monitor and analyze engagement data and metrics to improve readiness, identify trends and gaps, and communicate lessons learned with actionable recommendations.
  • •Manage issue resolution and remediation by identifying and mitigating engagement-related risks and partnering with risk and technology teams to remediate findings and MRAs/MRIAs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,500 - 208,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity or technology.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in process or project management.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in risk management or audit.
  • •Preferred: 7+ years of project management, IT, or cyber audit experience, plus a Bachelor’s degree and certifications such as Business Process Management (BPM) or Lean Six Sigma.
