Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with SENCo to ensure SEN and IEP information is accurate and up to date; coordinate with medical teams to ensure relevant medical data is available to staff in a secure environment.
  • •Input data into Assessment Management systems and transfer school data from Microsoft Excel; write, design and produce reports illustrating general trends in school data.
  • •Input data into MIS modules and set up new user accounts/logins; manage adding students and teachers to the MIS system.
  • •Deliver training to identify teaching and administrative staff in SIMS and on assessment data recording.
  • •Produce class lists, medical/dietary/attendance reports and ensure they are updated regularly.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • •2-3 years work experience in a similar role.
  • •Excellent ICT skills including strong Microsoft Office experience.
  • •UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check is a pre-requisite for all appointments.
  • •Excellent communication skills – verbal and written; ability to prioritise, plan and stay organised.
