Job Summary

Provide technical and commercial support to win turbomachinery control (CCC) orders within the assigned region. Act as a regional subject matter expert for TMC optimization, reviewing and presenting CCC solutions for both brownfield and greenfield opportunities. Collaborate with customers, Account Managers, and internal teams across the sales cycle, lead seminars/workshops, and support site surveys, startups, training, and proposal/contract scope reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical and strategic support for brownfield and greenfield sales opportunities by reviewing, validating, and presenting CCC solutions to customers.
•Act as the primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with customers, third-party stakeholders, Account Managers, and internal teams to develop and advocate optimal CCC solutions.
•Support Application Engineers and Dynamic Simulation sales activities; conduct site surveys, support startups and training, and assist with proposal, contract, and scope qualification reviews.
•Serve on Project Review Boards for regional projects.
•Lead regional technology seminars, sales events, and customer workshops, and develop regional technical/application expertise through customer engagement and mentoring of project execution teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 60,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s Degree in Automation and Control Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
•Five years experience in control systems engineering (or related field/experience combination).
•Experience in control systems engineering or related field.
•Native proficiency in the local language (Italian or Dutch) and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
•Must be eligible and able to obtain work visa or work permit in the country/site of field assignment(s).
