Key Responsibilities

  • •Work across IT, Operational Technology, and critical business services to prepare for and respond to cyber incidents, operational disruptions, and major crises.
  • •Lead development of the Crisis Management Framework, including governance, playbooks, and response procedures.
  • •Drive threat-informed planning, crisis exercising, readiness testing, and continuous improvement programs.
  • •Build and deliver realistic cyber, operational, and executive-level simulations with key security and operational stakeholders.
  • •Lead a team of resilience professionals, including resilience culture, awareness initiatives, readiness metrics, and regulatory compliance.
