Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to defining the offering’s QA strategy (governance, test automation, AI adoption, best practices) with the QA Manager.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain the QA Test Center technical architecture: tools, integrations, environments, and automation pipelines.
  • •Deploy, configure, and evolve tooling supporting the offering (test management, automation, CI/CD, reporting, dashboards).
  • •Turn the offering draft into a solid, documented, repeatable value proposition ready for go-to-market.
  • •Support sales activities by assessing client QA setups, adapting the solution, preparing demos/PoCs/materials, and presenting/defending the proposed setup.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience in QA/testing (ideally 5+ years), including technical architecture or technical leadership experience.
  • •Define and implement end-to-end test automation strategies with proven results.
  • •Experience with QA governance, including processes, metrics, quality, and reporting.
  • •Client-facing experience, including technical presentations and adapting solutions to different contexts.
  • •Fluency in English (spoken and written).
