Job Summary

Serve as a key Systems Engineer for enterprise accounts in south India, partnering with sales on pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales technical support. Lead technical solution pitches, assist with lead qualification and RFP compliance, and provide complex system configurations. After deal close, act as the primary technical contact, collaborate with engineering and support escalation, and enable channel partners through training and consultative support.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with sales to support enterprise accounts across pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales technical matters.
•Assist in qualifying technical leads and respond to RFP compliance, cross-references, and pre-bid meetings.
•Act as the main technical resource on sales calls, educating customers on features, specifications, functionality, and integrations.
•Provide post-sales technical leadership for identified accounts, working with the escalation team and engineering to resolve issues and follow escalation processes.
•Deliver channel partner training and oversight, lead POC documentation and consultative support, and create customer materials like case studies and white papers.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Experience with network, cloud, application, and endpoint security solutions such as SD-WAN, NG Firewall, Application Delivery, SASE, Web Application Firewall, ZTNA, and EDR/XDR.
•Experience with NOC/SOC solutions such as SIEM and SOAR.
•Experience with mobile core solutions such as GiFW, CGN, and SecGW.
•Knowledge of security solutions for public and private clouds.
•Ability to do POCs to demonstrate Fortinet solutions; willing to travel across India (~25%).
