Job Summary

Join a 18-month Graduate Program to enter a PMO role through three hands-on missions across industrial planning and project governance. Key Responsibilities

•Complete a structured 18-month Graduate Program to transition into a PMO role after the three missions.
•Support deployment of the Industrie S&OP process: prepare and run S&OP reviews and develop KPI performance tracking and maturity assessments.
•Deliver PMO project tasks tied to workload/planning control, including work on workload/PMBI and reviewing Primavera baselines.
•Reconcile project data between SAP and Primavera (CBB/EAC) and contribute to financial reporting (closing, statements) and cash follow-up.
•Act in a PMO project role working with engineering teams.

•Engineering degree (or equivalent) with technical and project training.
•First successful project management experience via apprenticeship or internship at Thales.
•Strong interest in the PMO function.
