Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and integrate demand, supply, and market signals (FSF, SCA, Business Plan, RTF, outer quarter planning, Constrained FSF, TAM, and industry insights).
  • •Proactively drive resolution of forecast, supply, and planning disconnects through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Unit stakeholders.
  • •Track and report design-win pipeline conversion and ensure it is tied into planning processes.
  • •Develop and communicate RTF recommendations and aggregate/synthesize signals across regions and segments to support planning decisions.
  • •Drive SCA compliance and governance, monitor forecast performance trends, and prepare inputs for QBRs and executive-level reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations, Planning/Forecasting, Finance, or Operations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • •English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.
  • •Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.
  • •Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable forecasting and planning insights.
