Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as service owner for network services, ensuring stable, secure, and resilient end-to-end delivery.
  • •Provide operational governance for internal teams and managed service providers, including compliance with SLAs/KPIs and ITIL-aligned lifecycle management.
  • •Develop and refine the network strategy and roadmap, driving transformations such as Zero Trust, network simplification, cloud networking, and secure access.
