Job Summary

Lead Network Services, Operations, and Delivery to ensure stable, secure, high-performing network services across WAN/SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, firewalls, remote access, and public DNS. Own service performance and operational governance, including incident/problem/change and lifecycle management aligned to ITIL. Drive network strategy and transformation (Zero Trust, network simplification, secure access), and manage vendors/MSPs through SLAs, KPIs, and governance forums.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and manage the network team (service, operations, and delivery capabilities) with clarity of roles in the operating model.
•Act as service owner for network services, ensuring stable, secure, and resilient end-to-end delivery.
•Provide operational governance for internal teams and managed service providers, including compliance with SLAs/KPIs and ITIL-aligned lifecycle management.
•Develop and refine the network strategy and roadmap, driving transformations such as Zero Trust, network simplification, cloud networking, and secure access.
•Own vendor and MSP relationships, leading governance forums (e.g., monthly service reviews) and escalations to manage risk and performance.

Key Requirements

•College diploma or university degree in business, information systems, or a technical related subject.
•Minimum 5 years hands-on technical experience in a network operations team and wider infrastructure/IT team.
•Minimum 5 years management experience within a network operations team or wider infrastructure/IT team.
•Experience working in the construction materials or industrial manufacturing sector.
•Proven experience working in a federated matrix model.
