Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify current and future customer financial needs.
  • •Maintain expertise in retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Engage in cross-selling and outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and business sales calls, as directed.
  • •Process teller transactions and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application through closing while supporting opening/closing of the financial center or bank mart as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to demonstrate comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
