Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee quarterly NAV and portfolio reconciliation, investigating discrepancies with Investran and internal operations teams.
  • •Prepare and review capital calls and distributions allocations, including management fee, incentive fee, waterfall allocations, and IRR calculations.
  • •Monitor expenses, prepare budgets, and review expense allocations, payments, financial statements, and regulatory reporting.
  • •Maintain and reconcile loan investments and debt financings in Investran to loan tracking models; prepare fund forecasts and performance estimates.
  • •Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors and oversee/review work of offshore teams and fund administrators.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced Excel skills required.
