•Develops and leads Recruitment & Strategic Workforce Planning to bridge gaps between current and future workforce needs and succession planning for subsidiary workforce
•Oversees compensation & benefits programs, salary structure, payroll processes and enterprise agreements to ensure equity and competitiveness
•Leads Training & Development initiatives, budgeting and delivery of corporate training and development programs across HAUS
•Manages Employee relations & communications, regulatory compliance, HRIS usage and record-keeping, and governance across HR functions
•Drives Employee Engagement, D&I and Wellbeing initiatives, corporate policies, and reporting/projects to support business objectives

Key Requirements

•Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related field
•At least 10 years HR experience at managerial level, preferably in luxury/retail or with a multinational company
•Proven people leader and manager
•Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
•Sound judgement and high quality decision-making
