Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform functional verification of L2 and L3 cache subsystems at block and full-chip levels.
  • •Build and maintain C++ verification environments including reference models, checkers, and scoreboards.
  • •Develop C and assembly test programs to validate cache behavior and uncover corner cases.
  • •Debug failing tests, root-cause issues, and partner with design engineers to drive resolutions.
  • •Develop test plans and contribute to coverage closure using verification workflows, including AI-assisted tools.

Salary: USD 126,700 - 217,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong C++ skills and experience building verification infrastructure, including reference models, checkers, and scoreboards.
  • •Solid understanding of computer architecture and cache memory systems, including L2/L3 cache behavior.
  • •Experience performing functional verification of CPU, GPU, or complex ASIC/SoC designs.
  • •Proficiency in Python or Perl scripting for test automation and analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (preferred).
