Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, integrate, and document structural and interior payload system requirements to establish spacecraft system design.
  • •Create, maintain, and modify basic structural and interior payload system and component designs using 3D CAD tools and other design methods.
  • •Provide product definition to engineering groups, production operations, suppliers, and external customers throughout the lifecycle.
  • •Perform RF cable and waveguide routing design using CAD applications to meet requirements and specifications.
  • •Support supplier development, test, and production activities and assist with investigation and resolution of anomalous issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical, or Material Sciences.
  • •Experience with 3D solid modeling software applications (e.g. Creo, NX, Catia).
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance post-start (U.S. Citizenship Required).
  • •Support development, integration, and documentation of structural and interior payload system requirements using CAD and related design methods.
