Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or contribute to end-to-end TMS implementation and rollout across foreign subsidiaries, including country onboarding to standardized solutions.
  • •Map treasury workflows, identify gaps, define system requirements, and drive testing, data migration, and banking interface setup.
  • •Drive automation and AI-driven efficiencies across daily treasury operations, cash forecasting, and bank reconciliation.
  • •Oversee day-to-day liquidity management, cash positioning, intercompany cash transfers, and short- to medium-term cash flow forecasting.
  • •Execute global payments, intercompany settlements, FX trades, and debt service transactions while ensuring compliance with corporate treasury policies and audit requirements (including SOX).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • •3–6+ years of experience in a corporate treasury function within a multinational company.
  • •Proven track record implementing or upgrading a Treasury Management System (TMS) such as Kyriba, SAP Treasury, or FIS.
  • •Hands-on expertise in daily cash management, cash flow forecasting, and multi-currency transactions.
  • •Strong proficiency with TMS solutions and global corporate banking portals (SWIFT, Host-to-Host connectivity), plus advanced Excel modeling and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau and ERP systems.
