  • •Push your first PR to production in week one and get up to speed on the codebase and existing AI efforts.
  • •Deploy 2–3 meaningful improvements to AI experiences within the first month.
  • •Own the AI architecture for the entire product.
  • •Pioneer and guide ongoing AI efforts while addressing scaling challenges as more clients are onboarded.
  • •Hire and mentor new team members.
