Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed mortgage production goals.
  • •Maintain thorough knowledge of mortgage strategies, policies and procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
  • •Ensure compliance with Truist policies and procedures and applicable State and Federal law.
  • •Provide sound mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
  • •Execute the Truist referral process and assist mortgage loan fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience in a banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential property types.

  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment (including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check).
