Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide case management for complex and/or high cost cases and report to Senior Management.
  • •Drive cost containment strategy towards the achievement of the targeted loss ratio
  • •Manage and provide medical support/expertise to tailored services.
  • •Contribute to substantial collaboration across Global doctors team
  • •Ensure best practices of case management in line with globally/internationally recognized and regional protocols

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Medicine
  • •3+ years clinical experience
  • •Insurance sector or assistance experience desirable
  • •Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • •Strong knowledge on global medical infrastructure
