•Advise the Americas regional team, including senior leadership, on a broad range of legal and commercial matters.

•Support real estate, retail expansion and corporate matters across the region.
•Partner with the Americas marketing team on brand campaigns, marketing materials, sponsorships, events and consumer-facing initiatives.
•Collaborate with the Talent team on employment law matters.

Key Requirements

•Law degree and 8+ years of post-qualification legal experience, including in-house experience; experience at a global consumer-facing product company is preferred.
