Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise the Americas regional team, including senior leadership, on a broad range of legal and commercial matters.
  • •Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including sales, distribution, marketing, influencer, production, agency, venue and event agreements.
  • •Support real estate, retail expansion and corporate matters across the region.
  • •Partner with the Americas marketing team on brand campaigns, marketing materials, sponsorships, events and consumer-facing initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with the Talent team on employment law matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree and 8+ years of post-qualification legal experience, including in-house experience; experience at a global consumer-facing product company is preferred.
