•Define and drive product strategy in collaboration with Credit & Pricing engineering, analytics, and go-to-market teams.
•Define new products and features with specs and prototypes that enable merchants to offer consumers attractive financing terms.
•Analyze the impact of product features and define metrics for success.
•Establish yourself as a trusted partner of our Credit, Pricing, Commercial, Design, and Engineering teams to successfully launch and scale products.
•Collaborate across product teams to support initiatives that interface with Affirm’s Credit & Pricing capabilities (e.g., international expansion, large merchant integrations, new product verticals, cost optimizations).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 153,000 - 213,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, or other related fields; or equivalent practical experience.
•Minimum 3-4 years of prior product or relevant experience in consumer finance, payments, underwriting, and machine learning models.

•Ability to operate autonomously, test and learn, and iterate quickly.
•Experience shipping simple, user-facing products with measurable impact to the bottom line.
