Key Responsibilities

•Prospect home lending business to build and develop new client loan originations and relationships.
•Originate and process residential real estate mortgage transactions following Home Lending process and product guidelines.
•Provide clients detailed information on mortgage options, interest rates, and terms to support informed decisions.
•Gather required documents at loan registration and serve as primary point of contact throughout the loan process until closing.
•Maintain client satisfaction and loan quality while developing knowledge of KeyBank products, staying current on market trends, and managing sales/originator systems and workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as a loan officer in first mortgage production.
•3+ years working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and TIL regulations, plus Equal Credit Opportunity Act and RESPA regulations.
•Working knowledge of local and state real estate and finance laws.
•Ability to prospect, network, and manage COI relationships to build mortgage business.
•Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
