Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors using custom car haulers while providing a high-touch, customer-facing experience. You’ll load and unload vehicles, inspect haulers to ensure safe driving, and complete customer paperwork with detailed notes in the customer tracking system. Maintain a clean driving record and drive safely in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy while working rotating shifts and weekends.
