Senior Instructor - Water Sport (SA)

Lead and oversee water sports instruction and guest experiences across the designated asset. Serve as the senior on-water authority, ensuring activities are delivered safely, professionally, and according to luxury hospitality standards. Coach and mentor junior instructors, support daily operational planning, and handle escalations. Contribute to pre-opening setup and post-opening supervision, including briefings, safety demonstrations, equipment readiness, environmental condition monitoring, and continuous program improvement.
