Job Summary

Supervise a team of hourly associates in an inspection center’s photo/photobooth area to help keep Carvana vehicles in top condition. Lead daily movement and repair/rejection of incoming inventory while meeting production and quality goals. Coach and develop team members, ensure safe and consistent adherence to quality-control standards, resolve conflicts, and review mechanical/physical defects to minimize rework and delays.

•Manage the safe movement of cars into and out of the inspection center while meeting production and quality goals.

•Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory, and lead repair or rejection decisions with the general manager.
•Train team members using quality control standards and help minimize re-checks, rework, and production delays.
