Key Responsibilities

•Drive the store team to achieve the store target and KPIs; monitor KPIs and sales performance to identify areas for improvement
•Conduct regular financial and stock audits; regularly update and communicate the store dashboard; maintain shrinkage under 0.2% of cost of sale
•Maintain VM standards; manage employee records (leave management, passport, performance and conduct history, roster) and oversee day-to-day store operations (opening/closing)
•Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team; monitor store expenses, budgets, and financial goals
•Address customer inquiries, maintain relationships with mall management, and ensure compliance with company policies while developing action plans based on performance metrics

Key Requirements

•5+ years of progressive experience in a customer-centric role with strong management experience
•Proven success in enhancing customer engagement and achieving & exceeding sales KPI targets
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferred)
•Experience leading store operations, including opening/closing procedures, and team development
•Ability to coordinate with mall management and back-end teams to ensure smooth store functioning
