Key Responsibilities

•Apply a rigorous scientific mindset to underwriting new customer segments, evaluating external data sources and deploying advanced architectures to improve predictive accuracy.
•Lead ML Operations and Infrastructure initiatives to scale data ingestion and enable more complex neural networks.
•Design and implement the full credit modeling stack, owning the lifecycle of credit decisioning and production integration.
•Use data science techniques to leverage new data sources for modeling and clarify business decisions.
•Identify and execute material improvements to credit policy with analytical rigor to improve outcomes for customers and the portfolio.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 228,700 - 343,100 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience in ML/model deployment in production environments.
•Bachelor’s or higher in a technical field (CS, Math, Stats, Physics, Engineering) with strong research track record preferred.
•Strong quantitative intuition and data visualization skills with ability for ad-hoc and exploratory analysis.
•Full-stack proficiency across data pipelines to production-grade software architecture.
•Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences, especially for high-visibility projects and stakeholders.
