Job Summary

Manage the daily flow of vehicle and OEM parts for Moove’s Miami operations, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, timely delivery, and smooth logistics support that prevents delays or shortages. You’ll maintain and continuously improve the parts tracking system, coordinate with suppliers and vendors on orders and returns, and partner with operations and engineering to keep parts available. The role also includes safe storage and handling of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate records of vehicle and OEM parts inventory.
•Receive, label, store, and distribute parts aligned with operational needs.
•Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on orders, deliveries, and returns.
•Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages or excess stock.
•Ensure safe storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of experience in materials coordination, supply chain, or inventory management; automotive or technical parts experience preferred.
•Familiarity with inventory management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
