Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters, and define procedures to accomplish system objectives for complex equipment applications.
  • •Communicate with customers and their representatives, investigate concerns, implement corrective action, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • •Compare estimated ship dates with contractors’ project schedules and ensure compliance with internal equipment ordering processes.
  • •Maintain forecasted cost at completion accuracy and control expenses by monitoring the assigned project budget.
  • •Create and revise project schedules, enter equipment orders, issue purchase and work orders for equipment start-ups, and manage project cash flow (progress billing, collections support, resource management).

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in business (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience; or 4+ years of related experience (or equivalent education/experience).
