Deliver timely, accurate client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and providing a high-quality client experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support the branch sales process through outbound calling, reviewing client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities through referrals and product support. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, aligned with integrated relationship management practices.
