Key Responsibilities

  • •Reconcile pricing and lead-time requests for incoming orders and confirm manufacturing capability to meet lead-time needs.
  • •Verify complete and accurate order entry information on switchboard orders from field sales and/or channel partners.
  • •Prepare Manufacturing Information (MI) for less complex switchboard configurations using MI Manager and AutoCAD.
  • •Interface with customers, channel partners, Field-Sales, and EatonCare through plant visits, training support, and customer events.
  • •Schedule orders for production, reconciling requested ship dates with standard lead times and manufacturing capacity using AS400 (OMS/Allocation) and Microsoft Excel.
