Job Summary

Lead high-impact process improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities to boost efficiency, product quality, throughput, and safety. Apply lean methodologies to eliminate waste, standardize solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Manage engineering and CI projects from concept through implementation, using root-cause analysis and data systems for productivity tracking. Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to implement equipment changes, SOPs, and management tools that enable data-driven decision-making.

•Analyze and improve plant processes using time studies, capacity analyses, and risk assessments to reduce costs and enhance product quality.
•Lead lean and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, A3 problem solving, Value Stream Mapping) to drive operational excellence.
•Manage multiple engineering and continuous improvement projects from concept through implementation, meeting budget, timeline, and performance objectives.
•Perform root cause analysis, process mapping, and advanced data collection; design systems for accurate productivity tracking and performance optimization.
•Develop and maintain SOPs, labor standards, and production measurement systems; support process validation, equipment installation, and internal audits to ensure compliance and quality.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related) plus 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering (or equivalent).
•Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives across multiple departments or facilities.
•Ability to analyze and improve plant processes using time studies, capacity analyses, and risk assessments.
•Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel knowledge; SAP experience is preferred.
•Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools (certification preferred).
