Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and support business intelligence solutions to meet reporting and analytical needs from business partners.
  • •Implement robust, reliable reporting and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Sigma, Excel) and enable self-service/automated reporting.
  • •Use SQL for data preparation (extracting, cleansing, aggregating, summarizing) and create automated testing scripts to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • •Participate in designing and implementing logical and physical data models, and review production changes to protect data quality and minimize production impact.
  • •Support production BI solutions by monitoring and tuning SQL queries/data loads and addressing user questions about data integrity while proactively communicating issues.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years in customer service or the financial services industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
  • •Ability to perform technical, data-focused activities and produce documentation, spreadsheets, databases, etc.
  • •Knowledge of fundamental data concepts and comfort leveraging technical expertise and relationships to drive business results.
  • •Proficiency with Power BI (including DAX) and SQL, plus Microsoft Excel/spreadsheets/databases; exposure to Python and AI is preferred.
