Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the annual budget, monthly financial forecast, and long-term financial plan.
  • •Build financial models and perform analyses to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
  • •Monitor KPIs across revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures; analyze variances and provide recommendations.
  • •Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and executive-ready presentations, including ad-hoc requests.
  • •Use business intelligence tools and dashboards and partner with business leads to drive efficiencies; manage P&L performance and mentor junior associates.

Salary: USD 109,900 - 125,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis and/or financial modeling.
  • •Experience developing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • •Proficiency in building financial models, analyzing KPIs, and preparing P&L or other financial statements.
  • •Preferred: MBA or Master’s in Finance, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license; plus strategic analysis and planning experience.
