Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve individual sales targets and other retail metrics (e.g., Average Transaction Value and Personal Conversion Rate).
  • •Maintain high service standards by building product knowledge and providing excellent guest service aligned with brand guidelines.
  • •Handle customer registration card collection and support managers in handling customer complaints.
  • •Maintain best retail standards, including store opening/closing procedures and ensuring visual merchandising is implemented.
  • •Ensure inventory integrity through stock counts, discrepancy resolution, and monitoring receiving and price tagging.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
