Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Fashion Mall at Keystone

Drive store sales by delivering an authentic ALO guest experience through genuine connection and product education. Partner with store leadership to support Flow initiatives, optimize productivity, and exceed sales goals. Build daily client relationships, resolve customer needs, and educate guests and staff on ALO’s product, community, and culture. Help maintain store standards including sales floor coverage, shipment processing, visual merchandising, and front/back-of-house procedures.
