Production Supervisor

Oversee production flow and scheduling to ensure products ship on time while meeting quality standards. Create weekly production documents, execute production plans, and communicate and track issues. Drive customer experience through low ingredient and pick errors, monitor daily production metrics, and perform 5S and facility readiness checks. Coordinate with operations teams, suppliers, and contractors on corrective and preventive actions, and maintain compliance with OH&S and Good Manufacturing Procedures.
