Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of master schedulers to ensure adherence to MPS policies, procedures, and compliance standards across portfolios.
  • •Own the long-range MPS plan and drive alignment between supply and financial commitments after each SIOP cycle.
  • •Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Program Management to identify, escalate, and resolve capacity and material constraints affecting the MPS plan.
  • •Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure MPS data integrity, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy.
  • •Develop reporting and analysis to provide leadership visibility into plan health, constraints, and demand alignment, and drive corrective action based on scheduler performance reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of direct experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management.
  • •Master scheduling experience in high mix and low volume environments.
  • •CPIM certification.
  • •1-2 years of experience managing a team of master schedulers.
  • •Proficiency in complex ERP systems and a bachelor’s degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
