Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with security and technology leadership to influence and advise on the organization’s security strategy.
•Drive complex security initiatives across teams, leading high-impact projects to success.
•Design and implement scalable, automated security solutions that bridge on-prem security technologies with cloud environments.
•Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry regulations and organizational goals.
•Lead efforts to ensure AWS cloud services are engineered with security best practices and advise on core security implementations like data protection controls and network security segmentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in information security, engineering, application development, or related field (or high school diploma/GED with at least 9 years equivalent experience).
•Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and information security management frameworks such as PCI-DSS and NIST 800-53.
•Proven experience driving and building wide-impacting security initiatives from ideation through proof-of-concept to launch (including coding).
•Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions while working cross-functionally to drive consensus.
•Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, grow, and advise domain experts and individual contributors.
