Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary operational contact for assigned channel partners and manage day-to-day account activities.
  • •Review and validate purchase orders and documents such as Purchase Orders, Letters of Authorizations, and Pricing for compliance.
  • •Create and configure customer accounts, service lines, hardware assignments, and billing structures; apply pricing, discounts, and terms per contracts.
  • •Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support to process orders through activation and track order timelines to forecasted schedules.
  • •Maintain precise records in internal systems and trackers and spot friction points to drive scalable process improvements.
