Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as technical authority for strategic accounts, shaping how Celonis solutions are designed, architected, and delivered.
  • •Support Services scoping in pre-sales and design end-to-end Celonis solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments, including integrations and data strategies.
  • •Own solution quality and outcome delivery across engagements by conducting design reviews and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
  • •Design AI deployment agent workflows for complex multi-workstream engagements, defining validation checkpoints, quality gates, and reusable patterns.
  • •Serve as senior technical advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders, translating business challenges into platform strategies, success metrics, and transformation roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership in enterprise software/consulting/system integrators, including at least 3 years in a senior/lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility.
  • •Ability to design complex multi-component solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI, grounded in customer outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated ability to design AI-augmented delivery workflows (e.g., context engineering, multi-agent system design, AI validation at scale) and define how AI should be used.
  • •Deep knowledge in at least one major process domain or industry vertical, translating expertise into scalable solution patterns and credible advisory.
  • •Fluency in English and German; Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering/Technology Management/Business Informatics or a comparable field.
